About the Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced People & Culture (P&C) Advisor to play a strategic role partnering with the business by provide expert advice on a range of P&C matters and initiatives. including; planning, managing change, performance and talent management, and employee engagement.

Being the ‘first point of contact’ you will provide advice and services to all employees, as well as external contacts across a broad range of People and Culture issues and related functions.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:

• Completion of a degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations or related field and subsequent working experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
• A thorough working knowledge and understanding of Human Resources principls, practices and operational activities, including knowledge of relevant employment legislation.
• Experience and knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems, Recruitment, Payroll and reporting systems.
• Familiar with case management principles and documentation
