Product Owner - multiple roles available

There are multiple fixed term contract roles available in Business Lending Origination.

What is your mission?  

Our mission is to improve Business Lending process and systems risk management framework through the delivery of remediation actions.  With the customer at the heart of your decision making, the Product Owner will constantly prioritise the work and backlog for the squad to ensure we are strategically aligned to our mission and all other interdependencies.  You will drive faster, and more informed decision making, removing friction to deliver a world class experience.  Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is a key leadership role, galvanising the squad around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver at pace. 

What will Your Day look like?  

As a Product Owner you will be an integral part of the initiative to transform the current lending origination systems and processes, initially with a focus on mid-market commercial customers. There will be four delivery squads, and you will lead one of these squads to deliver specific parts of the future state.  This includes customer search and summary, credit origination and management, credit approval and automation, letter of offer generation, document storage and retrieval, and the loan fulfilment process.

You are experienced in design thinking and managing a backlog of work.  You are familiar with the lending origination process, and the systems that support it.
