About the Job
Responsible for designing, overseeing and ensuring delivery of various programs supporting the P&C function. This role will ensure delivery of a range of projects and reports to measure P&C performance against defined KPIs. You will also manage the development of the P&C strategy and annual operating plan, with a focus on coordinating initiatives, prioritisation of effort and investment.
The Senior Manager, P&C Operations and Program Management owns and manages the P&C functions of Reporting, Remuneration and Global Mobility.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Tertiary and/or postgraduate qualifications in HR, business administration, or a related subject
- Proven ability working in a range of sectors and environments to bring contemporary best practice P&C skills to the organisation.
- Proven experience at developing leading edge, innovative people strategies and annual operating plans. As well as demonstrated delivery of achievement to plan.
- Strong expertise in P&C program management, project management and operations with experience working across large and complex organisations assisting to drive change and transformation.
