About the role


Supporting the Ageing Business Development Team, you will help to continue its plan to grow, change and improve the life of older people.


Responsible for leading key business development processes, you will undertake a range or reporting and analysis activities to help inform tactics and strategic decisions.


You will ensure all stakeholders up to date with latest internal performance trends while also reviewing the external market to identify opportunities.


This role will also be involved in projects, system changes, continual improvement and providing recommendations to Executive Management.


Duties and responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate the Ageing Price Review and Management Process which involves working with a large range of stakeholders across the business.
  • Undertake internal and external analysis such as market reviews, competitor analysis and sales analysis to help provide insights which translate into real action.
  • Explore and define potential new business models and provide subject matter expertise and analysis to tenders and business development proposals.
  • Complete scheduled reporting on business performance, project status, KPIs and market trends in accordance with nominated timelines.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Relevant experience and supporting qualifications in a commercially focused environment
  • Highly proficient in analysis and data management, particularly in using Excel and BI/reporting platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities and an ability to work systematically through complex matters
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
