Marketing Journey Expert

In the Business Owners Tribe, we’re about identifying and defining propositions with supporting marketing campaigns for customers who want to start, grow, run or exit a business.
 

As a Marketing Journey Expert – Customer Engagement in the Business Owners Tribe, you will be responsible for managing existing end-to-end business owner customer journeys and improving the customer experience, with a focus on developing and delivering below the line (BTL) customer communications aimed at driving revenue momentum, improving customer experience or delivering regulatory/mandatory comms. You will have extensive marketing experience, be able to expertly deliver marketing campaigns end-to-end, including the management of complex stakeholder relationships. Key to this role is the ability to deliver insight-driven campaigns, at pace, that delivers against marketing, financial and business objectives.

 
 

This role sits within the Customer Management Squad, delivering BTL comms for the entire Business Owners segment. The role requires extensive marketing experience, strong communication skills, engagement skills and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to deliver marketing activity and ensure a strong return on marketing investment.
