What is your mission?

The purpose of the Enterprise Mobility Technology Area is to create the freedom for Employees to work where and how they love.  Our mission is to enable employees to be more productive, mobile and flexible in how they work – anywhere, anytime, any device.
Are you looking for an opportunity to be part of something different - working in an agile way to innovate and deliver quality outcomes at pace? WeÂ’re looking for people who are passionate about transformational change and doing great things for our employees, to help us redefine workplace technologies for the future. Join us as we reimagine mobility services in the enterprise using the latest unified endpoint management platforms and apps, to better support our employees and customers.

Here at ANZ, Engineering is about delivering a seamless customer experience at scale through working with the rest of the business in an innovative, adaptive and agile way. This means you will get to:
Solve for problems and issues that matter. You’ll work on providing solutions that make an impact to our employees. You’ll have a laser focus, using human-centred design to provide simple and impactful solutions.
Develop both breadth and depth. We want great engineers, and we will foster our people’s talent by giving opportunities to work on things that develop both your deep technical expertise, as well as your broad end-to-end understanding. At times you may be working in a specific platform, and at other times you may work on enterprise-wide solutions across the business— either way, you get to work on missions that excites you.
Work Agile in multidisciplinary teams. You wonÂ’t be faced with traditional hierarchies. Instead, working Agile means you will be constantly testing, iterating, and making rapid decisions as you go. You will get to self-organise and work in squads consisting of developers, ops engineers, customer journey experts and product owners who come from different domains.
Own it. Most importantly, youÂ’ll get to deliver end to end service, and shape how ANZ delivers on their commitment to providing great customer service through technology.

What will your day look like?

As an Engineer, within the Mac@ANZ squad, you will be responsible for building and running our Jamf Pro platform on cloud, used to manage the Apple Mac devices at ANZ.  You will be integral to managing our Choice of Device program for Mac, enabling employees to choose a Mac or PC for their day to day work. You will be at the forefront of our ongoing rollout of Mac devices to employees throughout the organisation in Australia, China, India and beyond.
You will primarily be responsible for platform health, both non-production and production environments of Jamf Pro. You will work with the product owner and tech area architect to rollout apps and features to our Mac user base. This role is right for you if you aspire to be the resident Mac guru and admin, to support our L1 and L2 support personnel and provide specialist support when needed most.
