At Swinburne, we’re reimagining our digital customer experience using the Adobe Experience Cloud platform. An opportunity exists to join our digital transformation team as a Website Content Author using our suite of tools including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

About the job
As our new Website Content Author, you will support the implementation of Swinburne’s new Adobe Experience Manager Content Management System (CMS). This will include authoring new website pages along with maintaining existing pages. In doing so, the role will leverage a significant body of recently completed user experience research accompanied by new content and SEO strategies to incorporate into the authoring of the reimagined Swinburne website.

Working with a team of Web Content Authors and utilising our user research and content strategy, you will be responsible for helping bring our new web pages to life. This includes authoring the content for the new Swinburne website pages, leveraging existing AEM components, adding content developed by copyrighters, managing workflows and approvals for pages as well as creating page templates to increase authoring efficiency. Reporting to the Business Lead/Product Owner, a key part of this role is ensuring consistency and process efficiency across all new website pages.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree in marketing, design, IT or related fields with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
• Demonstrated experience working in Adobe Experience Manager or other web content management platforms
• Experience with User Centred Design and translating business goals into meaningful website experiences
