About The Role
 
Building advanced data models to solve complex problems and generate sophisticated insights in a strategic workforce planning context.  This role requires the successful candidate who has the ability to translate complex statistical concepts into understandable frameworks for non-statistical stakeholders.  Capability in SQL, advanced excel, statistical and data visualisation packages

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring an understanding of demand variables or activity drivers that influence workforce capability requirements.  Experience with creating views on the relationship between business strategy, operations and organisational capability (process, system, and people).  You will bring skills in developing complex long term statistical models with allow the simulation of supply and demand variables on the shape of an entire workforce and the ability to conceptualise factors which influence how a business creates value.
 
What you bring to the role
  • Ability to organise, integrate, and maintain existing qualitative & quantitative information sources to leverage for use cases
  • Identify, develop and create the advanced statistical techniques that uses quantitative & qualitative information to inform leadership decision-making
  • Identify, organise and maintain existing quantitative & qualitative information sources so that it can be leveraged for other use cases
  • Ability to translate quantitative & qualitative information and relay insights through narratives & visual means
  • Design, engineer & improve future workforce modelling techniques to deliver insights on workforce capabilities at the enterprise level
  • Exposure to a range of people culture practices, workforce/people analytics and reporting
  • Ability to collaborate and influence with different/multiple stakeholders
  • Strong conceptual reasoning skills with the ability to work with a high level of ambiguity
