About the role
Working as a part of ITS UniOps project team transitioning from Google to Microsoft Office 365, the Technical Subject Matter Expert (SME) will deliver expertise across the organisation for our O365 technology and its features, support and add value to the operability of our 5000-professional staff, 5000 academics and research, and over 90,000 students, across different geographic locations.
As the SME you will provide technical expertise to drive effective and long-term technical solutions that enable the project team to address technical challenges and increase the adoption of O365 suite of products.
You will deliver expert systems analysis and design support, build solutions designs, based on Google and Network drive data migration complex use cases and act as the key point of contact to provide guidance for an effective use of O365 technologies across RMIT.
