About The Role
Role Location: Ballarat, Bendigo and Shepparton Business Centres, Victoria
Role Type: Permanent Full-Time

As a Regional Executive, you will be responsible for the growth and profitability of the Central Victoria region. You will be managing and developing a team of Relationship and Assistant Managers to grow and manage a large customer portfolio, as well as driving the strategic sales agenda which focuses on delivering tailored, insightful solutions for the customer and business.

About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• Proven experience in managing, coaching, inspiring and developing a team
• Solid experience in the Commercial Banking business market with well-developed credit and product knowledge
• Proven ability in achieving results through relationship building & customer service and in depth experience in developing business plans and revenue strategies to grow the business, particularly in a lending and credit environment
• High level negotiation skills and an ability to influence positively through interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to think creatively and demonstrate initiative
• Tertiary Qualified in a business discipline and excellent analytical and problem solving skills (not mandatory)
