We operate in the bleeding edge space that combines cloud provisioning and cluster management, with DevOps and SRE.   We are looking for engineers to help us redefine what good looks like and you will help us get there, leading by example.

As an Engineer working within Platform Engineering, you will be responsible for building and evolving the platform engineering offering.  This involves both design, as well as hands on configuration and coding to build out our capability. We are firm believers in trying an approach and failing fast so conducting proof of concepts on cloud native solutions to provide guidance is a key part of the role.  You will have the opportunity to work across a wide range of products touching on cloud service integration, cluster management, service mesh, CI/CD, SRE and observability and be tasked with keeping us at the forefront of industry trends.

What will be in your toolkit?

• Passionate about the adoption of DevOps and Agile practices, at scale, in Engineering Teams.
• Familiarity within cloud environments such as AWS, GCP or Azure.
• Understanding of the importance of Developer Experience, SRE and Cloud Native engineering principles.
• Strong understanding of the infrastructure level – networks, Linux and/or Windows OS.
• Familiarity with Kubernets/OpenShift with a particular focus on keeping workloads secure
• Experience with IaC pipelines and automation using Terraform/Cloudformation, canary and blue / green deployments.
• Knowledgeable in multiple modern programming languages, shell scripting and the command line and a passion to automate as much as possible.
• Experience using CI/CD. Tooling such as Git/GitHub, Google Cloud Build/GitHub Actions, Docker, Spinnaker/CodeFresh/Harness
• Experience with Monitoring and Observability tooling for the Cloud.
