About the Job
As our new Workday Reporting Analyst within our PP&C Systems Support team, you will play a key role delivering Workday report building and functional configuration expertise during a critical time where the University continues to implement and optimise its Workday investment.

Reporting to the PP&C Systems Support Manager, you will be part of a diverse, blended team of functional, integration and testing analysts, and work in collaboration with other SUT reporting teams including PP&C Reporting and Payroll, Finance and Business Analytics. The PP&C Systems Support Reporting Analyst will be responsible for ensuring the successful service delivery of the Workday reporting offering, mitigating the occurrence and impact of incidents, and enabling enhancements to be implemented efficiently.

We are seeking an expert in Human Capital Management and Payroll systems, specifically Workday and ideally iChris (Chris21), who will contribute to the triaging, planning and prioritising the business demand from a business-centric perspective. The successful candidate will be able to identify opportunities for reporting simplification and automation, transforming the way that Swinburne operates regarding report and dashboard utilisation.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A degree level qualification in information technology, information systems, or equivalent
• Significant demonstrable experience in Workday HCM report configuration and understand the interraltionship with other HRIS and payroll (ideally iChris/CHRIS 21) systems (particularly Workday and iChris or Chris21) to realise tangible and intangible business benefits
• Ability to adapt to change quickly, work with ambiguity and lead and implement change in a complex environment
• Demonstrable stakeholder relationship management skills, including the ability to interact, influence, and manage expectations
