About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC
Role Type: Permanent Fulltime
As a Manager of the Cards Analytics team, you will be responsible for leading a team of Fraud Analysts to minimize losses resulting from Credit & Debit Cards, for the ANZ Australia business. You will be leading a team who is focused on understanding customer behavior in order to configure and optimize real time decisioning systems. Your role requires ability to connect with people from different areas of the business and tailor conversations to bring people on the journey.
Part of your role will also be a strong responsibility around influencing industry detection trends through maintaining strong networks with the various Schemes (i.e. Visa, MasterCard), financial services and other strategic areas within ANZ.
