Role Type: Part-Time role (20 hours/week), 6 months fixed term contract opportunity 

Digital Content Analyst

What’s the gig?

You will be writing and creating the voice of our Live Chat and Chat automation (chat bot) capabilities. Specifically working in the Customer Contact Centre optimisation team, your success in this role will be demonstrated by helping our customers find the information they need, understand and access our solutions and ultimately resolve any challenges they face, faster and at first contact.


The content you create will be conversational and require interpretation of our organisational style guide for this context. While writing to be relatable, helpful and easily understood, your content will also need to meet our legal standards and industry requirements. You will embrace the challenge of creating dynamic content that responds informatively to the questions that our customers are asking.

 

While you will have thousands of colleagues, you will work in a small tight-knit diverse team. We currently work remotely due to the pandemic. In the long term, the role is based in Melbourne with our broader teams distributed across Australia, New Zealand and the Philippines.

Enough about us. Now, what about you?

You’ll have a solid background in content production and copywriting for consumer facing products and services, and possess a true passion for improving the customer experience.  You will focus on, creating, editing, styling, and developing innovative ways to craft content. You are driven to deliver real customer and business outcomes through your work. You are happy to roll up your sleeves and work closely with our teams in Melbourne and Manila to coordinate activities to implement your content and chat design.

What your typical day may look like

There probably won’t be a ‘typical’ day! But essentially, you’ll:

  • Generate ideas and ensure content solutions are feasible and in-line with ANZ Style guidelines
  • Collaborate with our colleagues across legal, assurance, technology and other areas to develop content that delivers on user needs while meeting our standards and requirements
