As a Paraplanner, your mission is to provide and support the business with the delivery of advice solutions to enhance customer experience, in the pursuit of helping our customers meet their needs and increase their financial position.

To be successful in the role, you will have the following toolkit:

• Relevant experience in the Financial Planning industry
• Advanced Diploma of Financial Planning and related degree highly regarded.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in Financial Planning/Advice and a comprehensive understanding of complex investment and strategic solutions to meet the customer needs
• Resilient, fast paced with a strong growth mind-set
• Ability to build productive relationships with team members, advisers and stakeholders.

• Preparing and peer reviewing simple and complex advice documents in a timely and compliant manner.
• Provide a technical sounding board for Private Bank advisers when assistance is required in meeting customers’ strategic needs.
• Use our process and systems proactively whilst supporting the delivery of paraplanning and process enhancements.
• Act in line with our purpose and strategy to re-engage the community, be worthy of their trust and ensure our products and services are provided honestly, fairly and are free of any conflicts of interest
