Test Engineering Chapter Lead
As a part of the Bankers Experience Tribe, your mission is to enable our bankers to deliver great service to our customers. We build web applications, micro-services and general-purpose common libraries. We develop and operate the ANZ Customer Service Platform (CSP) that runs on OpenShift and Google Cloud Platform and is used by multiple applications throughout ANZ.
Were looking for an experienced Test Engineering Chapter Lead who will play a key role in the continual advancement of our agile test engineering practices. Joining a supportive and highly efficient leadership team, you will be responsible for the delivery of innovative products and uplifting the test engineering teams capabilities across the CSP landscape.
You will contribute to the direction and implementation of the CSP test and automation engineering strategy; champion effective adoption of continuous delivery methodology, practice and attitudes; apply your skills to automate quality assurance activities and improvements throughout our technology stack and processes; and coach others to develop and automate the testing of robust code that is scalable and resilient.

Technical expertise in test automation, and strong delivery experience in developing and executing at-scale test automation strategies.
Strong computer science fundamentals, familiar with adapting different algorithms and data structures to solve problems.
Deep technical understanding of software engineering practice, and at least 5 years hands-on experience in test automation for web application and API services.
Strong experience in technical leadership of software application delivery, ideally as a people leader.
Ideally have experience in developing web application and micro-services.
Have a Continuous Delivery mindset / DevOps at scale.
Comfortable with scripting languages such as Bash, Python.
Regular participation in community networks such as GitHub and Code Project
Be a successful agent for change in large enterprise environment
Lead a team of Test Engineers to design and implement scalable Test Automation practices in a micro-service landscape.
Engineer software solutions which are simple, robust, reusable and efficient while leveraging the best in testing practices to deliver working software.
