About The Role
Role Location: 833 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: Permanent, Full Time
 
As a Regulatory & Assurance Reporting Manager, you will be responsible for managing and co-ordinating the Regulatory and Assurance reporting requirements of the Institutional Division, through the extraction of structured and unstructured data from CPT applications.
 
You will design, distribute and report on regulatory and assurance related controls, enabling strategies to be developed (process and application) to mitigate and enhance the banker experience.
 
You should be able to write, data mine and produce a detailed and thematic analysis of the global Institutional portfolio to enable various stakeholders across; Risk, Coverage; Modelling and Assurance complete appropriate analysis as part of continuous transformation. You will also be responsible for enabling a fully reportable Well Managed framework, accessible across all roles and responsibilities.
 
This position would be applicable to a data scientist, who has the capability to design, code and produce a robust reporting framework.
 
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have skills, knowledge and experience in the following:

• Strong quantitative, analytical and data interpretation skills. Effective written and verbal presentation skills with an ability to communicate well with Senior Management   
  
• Capable of managing multiple and varied projects, including the ability to coordinate and balance number of tasks in a time-sensitive environment
  
• Ability to identify and understand business issues and map these issues into quantitative metrics and solutions;
  
• Ability to work largely unsupervised, in small and large group settings, managing one's own time and prioritizing tasks with the help of managers;
  
• Strong Data Scientist experience, with the capability to design, code, manage and deliver to multiple stakeholders in a collaborative manner.
