Work collaboratively with project personnel, teaching and non-teaching staff and Swinburne Professional colleagues to identify and design quality solutions aligned to learning objectives.

About the Job
The Digital Learning Designer works within the Major Projects Team at Swinburne to successfully coordinate the design and development of engaging digital learning solutions. You will work collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders including industry and government clients, on a wide range of customised client and student-centred learning projects to produce innovative learning solutions for both accredited and non-accredited programs. As our new Digital Learning Designer will be responsible for the coordination, management and delivery of eLearning and technology outcomes that meet quality and compliance standards within a diverse Major Projects portfolio.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• A relevant degree with at least four years relevant experience; experience and management expertise in relevant field or an equivalent combination of relevant experience in field of teaching/education/training.
• Demonstrated experience in technology solutions build, co-ordination and operational requirements to deliver to funded scope, deliverables, timelines and to budget.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in developing, and delivering quality technology solutions for online and interactive resources, teaching materials and assessments in a complex environment including demonstrated planning and organisation skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated ability to foster and maintain good relationships.
