The purpose of the Customer Authentication Tribe is to provide simple and secure ways for our customers to identify themselves and engage with the bank and our partners, lifting digital usage and reducing digital fraud.
As a Product Owner you will enable and inspire a multi-disciplinary team whilst driving the strategy, approach and co-ordination of bringing Customer Authentication capabilities to market. Depending on the candidates fit, the role will be focused on supporting initiatives within ANZ that aligned to the Customer Authentication Tribes wider strategic priorities.
Commercially savvy; technically adept and naturally curious.
You should have strong stakeholder management experience; from bringing your squad along a journey to presenting to C Suite Executives.
Ideally you should be able to demonstrably show your passion for identity and authentication.
Whilst this role is not a people manager, it is an influencing role where you will be galvanising the squad and external stakeholders around a vision and supporting them to successfully deliver at pace.
