About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Perth
Role Type: 12 month fixed-term opportunity
Number of Openings: 4 FTEs
As an Operational Risk & Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for undertaking & supporting remediation workstreams as required. You will also support the Operational Risk and Compliance Manager with reporting and data analysis for remediation, operational risk and compliance activities.
In line with the organisations wider agenda, you will be open to seeking out and recommending continuous improvement ideas and driving change to provide customers with better outcomes. Participate in change management activities for new processes and projects by working with Product and Project Teams to ensure smooth delivery and reduce operating risk across the business.
About You
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Strong credit writing experience/assessment and strong wholesale credit knowledge

Existing Commercial Division experience and E2E business lending process flow

Ability to generate manual letters of offer and attention to detail and accuracy

Strong ANZ CAP Experience loan renewals and navigate system

Strong knowledge of Commercial Products and Processes

Proven analytical and Excel skills

Ability to analyse problems to assist/support stakeholder

Ability to analyse data for contribution to change agenda decision making

Existing ANZ remediation framework knowledge desirable
