About The Role
Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 10 months fixed-term; Full-time
 
As a Business Analyst, you will manage the Business Analysis activities of the BPO Learning in-sourcing initiative in line with our Talent & Culture Technology Uplift program. In this role, you will provide analytical insights and undertake a range of work effort as required such as research, data collection, analysis & synthesis, stakeholder management, project schedule management, documentation, and presentation preparation & delivery. You will lead the implementation and change management efforts associated with projects delivered across multiple geographies. 

Your key accountabilities will include:

•    Engaging in the whole project lifecycle (inception, design, development, testing and support the change management process by proactively identifying and raising risks)
•    Ensuring that assigned business analysis activities are conducted within agreed cost parameters and that the outputs and benefits are clear 
•    Validating requirements with the customer and the project team and providing input to ensure that proposed solutions will meet customer expectations
•    Acting as a primary interface between the technical team, the business, and the vendor
•    Ensuring that documents up to date with latest approved changes and ensuring there are no misunderstanding of requirements or analysis documents
•    Developing presentations to communicate recommendations in a compelling manner
•    Partnering effectively with other parts of ANZ (e.g. Technology, Operations) or external vendors in service of achieving initiative mission
•    Ensuring roadblocks are removed that inhibit Squads’ ability to deliver the initiative 
•    Influencing timely decision making to ensure that the Project Manager and Transition Manager are enabled to deliver as effectively as possible
•    Assisting in the Planning of the Requirements workshops
•    Assisting in the preparation of procedure guides, training materials, and process maps
•    Ensuring compliance with ANZ policies, processes, and standards in business analysis and systems design

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

•    Prior experience in project management (including experience in data gathering, process mapping, project planning, financial analysis, and change integration) 
•    Experience in documentation, developing presentations, and communicating recommendations in a compelling manner 
•    Ability to take both a strategic, system-wide view as well as sufficient detail to translate this into meaningful delivery plans
•    Ability to synthesise multiple sources of information and leverage a broad network of connections to relentlessly prioritise and execute plans
•    Ability to work autonomously with tasks with medium to high complexity
•    Ability to rally and mobilize informal groups of people around focused tasks and stories
•    Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
