About the Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader to become a part of our collegiate and supportive team at Noah's Ark Preschool. Educating children from 2 5 years, you will bring a passion for developing, planning and implementing an innovative educational program with a commitment to inclusive early childhood practice and social justice.

Our team have grown and learnt together and we aim to continue this ethos through welcoming a new Early Childhood Teacher/Educational Leader that will bring their ideas and drive, to ensure we continue to thrive in our supportive community.
Noahs Ark is a 40-place long day care centre operating between 8am and 4pm, 49 weeks a year, located in Quakers Hill. In partnership with the local Uniting Church, the service is at the centre of the community. By supporting families, we help children reach their full potential.

What do I need to succeed?
Bachelor Teaching / Early Childhood Education
Ability to promote the Christian philosophy of the centre
Minimum 3 years experience working as an ECT in a Room Leader role
Experience working as an Educational Lead
Experience and knowledge of National Quality Framework and Early Years Learning Framework
Willingness to work alongside the local congregation and community
