Test Analyst

As a Tester Analyst in the One Customer Tribe, you’ll be working as part of a high performing cross functional team to deliver a new customer master data management (MDM) system that underpins all our customer data for all of ANZ.  

You will have an engineered approach to executing functional and non-functional tests, build scripts and tools to create and improve existing test automation. You will collaborate with JE’s and Engineers to solve problems to ensure we have continuous high quality capability delivered to our customers.     

• 10 years or more extensive experience in manual and automation testing.
  
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
  
• Hands on experience working with Master Data Management products.
  
• Experience in Data stage, IBM - MDM and IBM – BMP will be a bonus.
  
• Experience in contributing to develop and enhance an effective testing methodology.
  
• Advocate of product quality and user experience with contribution to the review of test results across multiple squads.
  
• Able to work effectively in a team environment and strong cross functional skill.
  
• Experience in planning and executing System Test, Integration, Functional, UAT, and BVT.
  
• Hands on experience in automation testing, using such tools as but not limited to Robot Framework, Selenium, Tosca, Cucumber, Jmeter, SOAP UI and Postman. Other automation testing tools used will also be highly considered.
  
• Experience in planning and executing P&V and security testing will be a bonus.
  
• Hands on experience with building test scenarios, test cases, test artefacts is required.
  
• Demonstrated practical experience and knowledge in SQL, Python and working in a CI/CD, BDD environment.
  
• Hands on experience with data warehouses, ETL, REST APIs and micro services.
  
• Able to demonstrate effective stakeholder management.
  
• Highly efficient team player with excellent communication skills.
  
• An individual contributor with a passion for high quality deliverables.
  
• Able to demonstrate knowledge in data across financial services, experience in other domains will be high considered.  
  
• Knowledge of using TOSCA automation tool will be considered a bonus.
