About The Role
Role Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008
Role Type: 10 months fixed-term, Full-time 
 
As the Change & Training Consultant, you will manage the delivery and embedding of organisational change within ANZ. You will help enable benefits realization by building the case for change, executing a change strategy, enabling and assessing the change readiness of the organisation. You will manage, partner with, and help prepare stakeholders, and provide support across business areas and provide needed training. 

Your key accountabilities will include:

•    Overseeing and leading the change management effort, including research, implementation, and assessment from start to finish
•    Applying change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
•    Supporting the design, development, delivery and management of communications
•    Conducting impact analyses, assessing change readiness and identify key stakeholders
•    Providing input, document requirements, and supporting the design and delivery of training programs
•    Managing the communications and views internally
•    Ensuring project goals are met and executed by collaborating with numerous internal resources
•    Helping with and leading colleague engagement programmes in relation to internal change management
•    Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these (reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executive)

About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: 

•    Experience in change management (including experience in change communications and engagement)
•    Experience in establishing change within an organisation (concentrating on employee development and behavioural & cultural change through training) 
•    In-depth understanding of how people go through a change and the change process 
•    Ability to take a strategic, system-wide view as well as examine sufficient details to translate insights into meaningful delivery plans
•    Ability to deeply probe, understand, and breakdown complex and multi-faceted problems
•    Ability to synthesise multiple sources of information and leverage a broad network of connections to prioritise and execute plans
•    Ability to rally and mobilize informal groups of people around focused tasks & stories
•    Experience in Human-Centred Design, Systems Thinking, Data-driven decision making, Consulting, Project Management; and Learning & Development
