About the job
As our new Digital Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading Swinburne’s marketing personalisation and optimisation program of work which demands an innovative approach with evolving techniques and technologies that deliver true end-to-end customer experiences and drive successful customer outcomes. As such, the role will independently support the delivery of Swinburne’s optimisation capabilities utilising the likes of Adobe Analytics, Adobe Audience Manager and Adobe Target, amoungst other enterprise tools, to drive successful outcomes.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about optimising and delivering personalised digital experiences along with;
• A relevant degree with postgraduate qualifications or progress towards postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience working in a digital performance, personalisation and optimisation focused leadership position.
• Demonstrated expertise in the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of optimisation tools to execute performance activities (Adobe Analytics, Target, Audience Manager) and a high level of working knowledge in how these tools integrate with each other.
• Expertise in designing, development, and delivery of an optimisation program of work which is underpinned by a sound analytical approach.
