About the job
As our new Customer Insights and Analytics Manager, you will lead our Customer Insights and Analytics team to inform the delivery of engaging, innovative and measurable marketing activity. This is a key role within the Marketing team and acts to surface and align the customer’s voice with key business problems by using data to translate customer needs into actionable insights. Critical to this role will be the ability to measure and undertstand the effectivenss of marketing activity and democotise reporting capability throughout the enterprise to enable a data-driven culture of customer-centric continuous improvement.

About you
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about understanding, delivering and measuring exceptional digital experiences along with;
• A relevant degree with postgraduate qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience working in a data-led customer research, analytics and insights leadership position.
• Extensive market research and customer insights experience, with respect to drawing insight from data and analysis of customer behaviour
• Demonstrated experience in building and leading Analytics and Segmentation capability across the business, preferably in a digital marketing context
