The purpose of the tribe Corporate Experience is to create a seamless, engaging, contextual self-service and functional experience for our employees through the provision of a reliable & resilient technology environment which enhances capabilities across purchasing, managing employee’s, managing finances & capital, & other core corporate services end to end across the value streams.

 

As a Systems Analyst you will

  • Act as a consultant to the Procurement business area on Ariba capabilities and solutions
  • Identify improvements for the end user experience in Ariba within ANZ
  • Evaluates any proposed changes (and their impacts) that are required to support the business process
  • Analyse new releases in ARIBA from SAP and recommend from use case
  • Support procurement business on any technology issue in ARIBA or integration of ARIBA with other applications
  • Support the Product Owners & Journey Experts to design the strategy and direction of the platforms.
  • Evaluate any proposed changes (and their impacts) that are required to support the business process
  • Ensure system controls are standardised and comply with policy and process requirements

What you bring to the Tribe as a System Analyst?

  • Degree qualified
  • Proven years’ experience working with SAP Ariba solutions
  • Experience working in a Peoplesoft Procure to Pay environment
  • Knowledge of SAP ARIBA Cloud Integration Gateway, Integration Toolkit (ITK) and Data Transfer Tool (DTT)
  • Strong experience in the implementation and maintenance projects in ARIBA
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated focus on identifying continuous improvement opportunities
