About the role:
The Project Lead is responsible for the project management, redesign and development of TAE learning products. This position will lead the transformation of the Cert IV in TAE and the dual Diplomas to become industry leading programs. In conjunction with the program development activities, you will be required to deliver and assess TAE learning products. The role will be required to collaborate across the college, working closely with the Deputy PVC Learning & Teaching Innovation and the Manager, Practitioner development to ensure project objectives are aligned and achieved on time and within project parameters.
About you:
You will have the capacity to design engaging and compliant training and assessment with digital literacy embedded. You will also have highly developed project management, planning and analytical skills and experience. In addition, you will be able to collaborate with stakeholders to achieve strategic priorities and outcomes against firm timelines. Sound knowledge and understanding of the vocational education and training sector and the training requirements of relevant industries related to Quality Assurance processes for TESQA and ASQA in compliance of programs will be imperative to your success in this role.
Qualifications:
Relevant qualifications and proven experience in a leadership role in either the education sector or the relevant industry sector, and appropriate relevant industry experience in particular teaching within Cert IV TAE and VET Diplomas.
Must meet minimum qualifications as per the current Enterprise Agreement and current regulatory requirements for the VET sector, which include vocational competency, vocational currency and industry currency. This includes a Diploma of Vocational Education or equivalent. Mandatory current Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children Check.
