About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne
Role Type: Fixed-Term
As the Business Improvements Lead, your responsibilities are add value measurable to the business. Your key purpose is to streamline processes to achieve greater efficiency, reduce errors and complaints within operations, leading to improved outcomes for the business, improved staff engagement as well as improved customer experience.
Stakeholder management is crucial, as your role requires the ability to provide evidence to senior managers that the changes will be of benefit to the business, and efficiency improvements can be delivered and accounted for. Management of key change projects, supporting the business where required to ensure the change is executed in a timely manner while meeting the key deliverables.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following -
· Change management and governance experience
· Proficient in E2E analysis of process with view of optimisation and measuring improvement
· Ability to analyse problems to assist/support stakeholder
· Results focus
· Customer focus
