Senior Business Analyst, Implementation and Change – Partnership & Customer Engagement (PACE)

Perm Full-time
Melbourne based

The purpose of the Payments and Customer Engagement (PACE) tribe is to deliver whole-of-customer and whole-of-bank strategic insights, propositions and engagements, leveraging our unique internal and external partnerships including Visa, Qantas and our digital wallet partners.

As a Business Analyst (Journey Expert) in our Payments squad, you will be a key contributor to the design and delivery of a major program of work across Retail and SMB payments products.  You will work with project stakeholders to perform business analysis activities, including solution design, defining and documenting business requirements, workshop facilitation and delivery & release planning.  You will also manage transition to BAU, developing and executing change plans, identifying and managing risks and ensuring a smooth and successful handover

This role is best suited to an experienced Business Analyst with a significant project delivery background. You will be comfortable working on a large and technically complex program of work, whilst maintaining a regulatory, customer and banker lens.

The role requires strong engagement and collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners across the organisation.
