About the role
As the Manager, Quality Assurance, you will lead and manage a specialist team of testing professionals as well as establishing and embedding standards, frameworks and processes across the full quality and testing aspect at an Enterprise levels across the Universities IT platforms.
You will also be responsible for co-ordination, stakeholder management, strategy, planning, implementation, execution, analysis and reporting for Testing engagements on all University IT platforms
The focus of the first 6 months will be reviewing our current framework, artefacts and methodologies and building out a formalised Test Practice across ITS UniOps.
About you
You will be an experienced Test Manager, working on large-scale and technically challenging projects and will demonstrate significant expertise in defining, designing and deploying Testing standards.
You will have strong team leadership, organisational, financial, communication and interpersonal skills and exceptional customer service focus and an ability to work under pressure in a complex technical environment.
