About the role:

As the Enquiries Coordinator, you will be a key member of the Customer Service and Sales Team, and be responsible for the provision of accurate, timely and appropriate information and connection to relevant University contacts about RMIT’s service offering to existing or prospective partners from industry, government or not for profit organisations. You will act as the first point of contact for industry and provide best in class customer service across all channels for inbound enquiries. In addition, you will provide sales leads and information to prospects via inbound channels, as well as maintain the CRM (Salesforce) database.

Additionally, you will be a Knowledge Management Champion, frequently engaging with various internal and external stakeholders in order to unearth and understand important information and updates, curating and maintaining a knowledge base designed to assist the wider Study@RMIT team to have more meaningful conversation with prospective students. You will design and deliver ongoing coaching, training and development for individuals in the team to help foster an environment of continuous improvement.

About You:

To be successful in this position, you will have experience of but not limited to:

  • Being a pro-active team member whilst successfully responding to client needs measured through lead generation and positive customer feedback;
  • Experience with Knowledge Management/Knowledge base maintenance highly regarded;
  • Experience working in a team leader position or equivalent preferred;
  • Experience with stakeholder management (internal and external) and proven skills for creating and participating in presentations;
  • High level written and verbal communication and comprehension skills;
  • Working with clients from a diverse range of backgrounds, with a considered and confident approach;
  • Analysing and reporting on statistics and data trends, with a focus on customer relationship management;
  • Working with CRM and capturing lead and case data (Salesforce experience is an advantage)
  • Working in a high paced sales and target driven environment.

Qualifications

A relevant qualification and relevant experience, or an equivalent experience.

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
