About The College of Vocational Education
The purpose of RMITs College of Vocational Education (VE) is to empower learners and our industry, community and government partners to succeed in the new world of work. Our five-year strategic roadmap, ALiVE@RMIT, purposefully guides everything we do in vocational education to deliver our vision: to position RMIT as a leading multi-sector provider with global impact and influence.
Led by our Deputy Vice Chancellor, the College of VE is reimagining how we deliver vocational education to create unique experiences for our students and partners.
About the role
As the Government Contracts and Reporting Advisor, you will work closely with and report to the Principal Advisor, VE and coordinate internal and external contracts and allocated funds and projects, including the coordination of the VET funding contracts and project reports with relevant stakeholders across RMIT and the College of VE. In this role, you will also be required to work with the Finance team and data and reporting functions to ensure funding is reconciled and provide regular reporting to the broader University as needed. Qualifications
Relevant degree and/or qualifications and experience.
Experience in the TAFE or university sector and/or experience with funding contracts will be well regarded but is not essential.
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing Police and Working with Children Check.
