About the role?? 

The Knowledge Management Coordinator will play a crucial role in establishing and coordinating knowledge management frameworks and tools to underpin the College’s newly centralised service model. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining a range of systems and processes for the effective capture, management and distribution of planning, resources and program-related knowledge and information throughout the College and to students, staff and other stakeholders.  

The Knowledge Management Coordinator will develop and maintain accessible systems and tools for use within the College and will support content providers in their adoption and use. This role will contribute to cultural and work practice changes required to support the College's strategic directions and ensuring compliance with University policy.  

?About you 

  •  Experience in development of knowledge management and communications strategies; and establishing and maintaining frameworks, tools, protocols and processes to assure the effective management of information, preferably in the tertiary education environment.  
  •  Proven experience in training, coordinating, managing and motivating content providers to contribute to and maintain knowledge management systems and artefacts.  
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills for the composition of reports, structure information, and targeted content as well as interpretation of policies. 
  •  Ability to use initiative, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines in a demanding environment  
  •  Proven success in project planning, team collaboration, implementation, evaluation and reporting.  
  •  Possess a high-level of digital literacy including the use of Google Apps, electronic & online communication tools, Microsoft suite, databases, internet, intranet and email.

Relevant qualifications and/or extensive experience. 

Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.?
