About Your Role
From take-off to landing, Thales offers the most complete range of solutions to provide dynamic Air Traffic Services to support today's growing domestic and international travel requirements. Utilising this knowledge and experience Thales Australia will deliver a harmonised Civil/Military Air Traffic Management System (CMATS) in Australia to Airservices Australia and Defence. This will enable a new level of safety and efficiency, while also reducing delays for the travelling public and providing opportunities to improve environmental outcomes. We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager (Training) to join our team to deliver training solutions to our Customer. This Project Manager will lead the CMATS training team and will provide project management, product management and development, delivery of the CMATS training solution. This Project Manager will lead the team who will also provide training advice to support this large complex project. Responsibilities will include:
As the Project Manager for Training, you will develop schedules, interpret Contractual requirements, manage customer expectations, develop estimates and budgets, develop and report on KPIs and provide assistance with negotiations and proposal development.
