About EPBP
The Enterprise Projects and Business Performance (EPBP) team houses significant project delivery capabilities and plays an active role in delivering on RMITs strategic vision and transforming the staff and student experience. The EPBP team is a key enabler in bringing the Universitys strategy to life.
Utilising proven continuous improvement methodologies focused on enhancing customer experience and delivering operational benefits, the Business Analyst role supports the identification, design and delivery of strategic University initiatives.
The role will lead, diagnosis and design sessions with key stakeholders and leverage their experience in continuous improvement to implement and ensure the sustained benefit of agreed initiatives, uplifting the staff and student experience, driving efficiencies and de-risking business operations.
About you and the role
Demonstrated 1-3 years experience applying continuous improvement methodologies to identify problems, diagnosing root cause, and implementing measure-able, sustainable improvements.
Having a person first mindset - A good communicator with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, demonstrated experience influencing and aligning stakeholders towards an intended outcome.
Demonstrated experience with data-driven analysis and performance metrics including data visualisations for presentations.
Note: Appointment to this position is subject to passing a Working with Children check.
