About The Role
Role Location: Melbourne
Role Type: Permanent, Full time
The Information Delivery initiative is working to reimagine the ways in which risk information is provided to users across the bank. This will involve reimagining how information and data is captured, transformed, stored and delivered to enable more trusted, frequent and accessible information for risk and business teams and an enhanced end-user experience.
As the Program Director, you have a critical role in managing the day to day delivery of this transformative initiative. This will involve managing the roadmap and interdependencies of the various project streams including data & technology, reporting design, and delivery; responsibility for program governance and communication; as well as providing leadership and people management to the program.
You are expected to have previous practical experience in managing large and complex initiatives. Knowledge of the business is important, but there is more stress on your experience in initiative governance and delivery skills.
