About The RoleRole Location: 839 Collins Street, Docklands VIC 3008 (may be open to candidates from across Australia or New Zealand)
Role Type: 18 months fixed-term; full-time
PeopleHub is our Talent & Culture (T&C) technology uplift program which will redesign the way our employees and line managers interact with T&C services by enhancing the employee experience using flexible, cloud technology. This will involve replacing several of our current HRIS systems including the existing HR analytics platform.

Uplift employee experience and capability by providing new channels for our people to access T&C information and services anytime and anywhere, with flexible, cloud technology, including mobile self-service globally

Provide visibility of accurate, up to date people data, from one source of truth, reducing risk. Were also aligning the digital experience we want for our customers with the experience we give our employees.

Simplify employee journeys, provide visibility of where requests are up to and reduce time spent working through manual process steps.
As
the Product Owner for People Hub Data Analytics, you will work as a team with the Data Analytics Delivery Lead to ensure that the Analytics wave squad delivers a solution that meets ANZ outcomes.
You will work with the T&C business representatives and other wave Product Owners to confirm the strategy, roadmap, requirements, designs and solutions for analytics that will be delivered as part of PeopleHub. This includes the use cases, data sets, presentation dashboards and access controls.
You will liaise with Program and Data team to confirm the T&C requirements and you will represent a PeopleHub point of view if Enterprise alignment is required.
Jointly with the Delivery Lead you will track progress weekly in a status report and attend regular status meetings. You will also engage and maintain relationships with business stakeholders to drive business sign off for design decisions. You will manage and report on the squads dependencies, risks and issues.

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:-
A background in Data Reporting and Analytics, ideally with proven experience in HR Analytics

Cloud analytics platform experience e.g. Google Cloud Platform

Experience in analytics visualization tools such as Qlik or Tableau
-
Proven experience in project delivery, planning, dependency and stakeholder management
-
Exposure to agile concepts and ceremonies
-
Ability and openness to adapt and grasp new knowledge, skills and content
-
Ability to galvanise a diverse group of people around a common mission

Proven analytical skills and evidence based decision making

Proven ability to innovate and adapt to latest development in area of expertise
