Content Producer - newly built in-house studio. 

Experiment, iterate and join us we redefine banking for the future. We’re using the latest platforms, technology and human centred design, to better support our customers’ financial wellbeing. 

What’s your mission? 
You’ll join our newly established in house studio, where the mission is to guide and generate beautiful, compelling content to help transform the way our customers manage their money day-to-day. This will be within our app, through websites, perhaps via in-store or a social channels. 

You’ll be hands-on creatively, working with our content team to generate ideas, then executing them using a mix of in-house and external production support. 

What will your day look like? 
Our program is scaling at a rapid pace, with requests for creative assets and content landing daily. No two days are the same!

Collaborate across our many customer centric “value streams”, take briefs, then work hand in hand with our talented creatives to generate a compelling solution. 

A set of illustrations, or a motion graphics piece; maybe it’s a written article or even a live action shoot. Whatever the concept, your understanding of how to craft an idea and bring it to life will be paramount. 

What is in your toolkit? 

•    Experience as a content creator or producer.
•    An understanding of how to digest a brief and develop creative solutions
•    Happy to explore different visual styles, and open to other creative input
•    Driven by curiosity, creativity and simplifying complex processes and issues
•    Willingness to question the status quo, and energised by building new customer solutions and passionate about the customer experience
•    Ability to challenge yourself and the business on the value that will be delivered to customers
•    Experience working with external suppliers, contracts, budgets etc.
•    Confidence in leading a team and presenting your ideas to wider groups
•    Ability to innovate, and push the boundaries of what’s possible
•    Great taste in music!
