As a
Talent & Culture Divisional Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of people programs and strategic initiatives across the Divisions. You will apply your strong data analysis, organizational and delivery skills to the roll out of cyclical T&C programs of work and will manage discrete initiatives in line with business strategy. Your consultative and collaborative style will be essential as you partner with T&C Business Partners to meet business needs for data and insights and work across the broader T&C function with EX Tribes and the T&C Data chapter on key activities. You will bring a focus on simplicity and employee experience to everything that you do.
Your key accountabilities will include:

Working across the Division as required to effectively roll out cyclical activities and T&C initiatives to the business in a coordinated way, ensuring consistent delivery and experience

Working with T&C Business Partners (BPs) to support the Reporting, Analytics and Insights needs of the businesses we support in the most efficient way possible,

Supporting the uplift in data and insights capability of the T&C Business Partner teams and business through knowledge sharing and activities aimed at increasing access to data through a variety of channels

Leading the production of material required for the People component of regular LT meetings and supporting the T&C Tribe Lead on related initiatives, insights and follow up activity

Building collaborative relationships to facilitate active knowledge sharing across T&C teams including, EX Tribes and the Data Chapter and identifying opportunities to improve processes and simplify for the end user

Ensuring T&C BPs are informed, engaged and supported in relation to Division-wide T&C initiatives relevant to reporting and analytics

Representing the voice of the division in T&C and data and analytics initiatives under consideration by the function, ensuring Divisional specific considerations are represented
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will ideally bring a mix of the following:
-
Experience as a Business Analyst, Graduate, Divisional Consultant or Journey Expert providing support to a Talent & Culture function or other business area through data driven insights and initiative delivery

Experience in the delivery of data driven insights and in the delivery of strategic initiatives
-
Proven ability to derive meaningful solutions from data analyses and the ability to communicate these effectively
-
Experience coordinating and delivering initiatives to the business across multiple geographies
-
Skilled in data analytics and insights and excellent level of data accuracy
-
Experience in HRIS/HR Data Analytics and in supporting People initiatives
-
Adept at Excel and the use of specialized data repository systems

A collaborative and proactive approach with a focus on simplicity, ease of use and employee experience

An understanding of Agile processes and the ANZ ways of working

The ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders and translate business needs into solutions.

Comfortable working through ambiguity, managing competing priorities & consulting with multiple stakeholders
