A rare opportunity exists for a proactive and community-minded individual to join the Student Life team at Swinburne as a Volunteer Coordinator.
Our volunteering program is well established, with systems and procedures already in place to ensure a range of opportunities are available for students to develop their employability skills. We’re looking for an ambitious individual who can help us take the program to the next level. In particular, you will:

• Perform all administrative aspects of the Volunteering program
In return for your experience and enthusiasm, you will be part of a highly collaborative team who are focused on meeting the needs of our growing and diverse student community. We will constantly challenge you to achieve things you thought you couldn’t and support you along the way.
This role is anticipated to be working from home 2-3 days a week initially and is otherwise based across our Melbourne campuses (Hawthorn, Croydon, and Wantirna).
To be successful in the role, you will have experience in:
• volunteer management/coordination, including recruitment
