About the Role
This is not an entry level role; You will actively support the individual needs of frail and aged people who access our Community Care Services. You will be supporting clients who may have complex needs to remain living independently at home through the provision of domestic assistance (cleaning), personal care, community access and activities such as (not limited to), shopping, hair dressing, doctors appointments, post office and entertainment activities.
This role will service the Emu Park suburb in the Rockhampton Region. Though travel to multiple locations is may be required.
Please note:
Our core business in this role is domestic assistance. During shifts you will support our clients to do cleaning tasks that they may be unable to do themselves including sweeping, mopping, making the bed and cleaning the bathroom.
The successful incumbent for this position will be required to support multiple clients per day which may require travelling to multiple different locations. Start times can be as early as 6am and end times as late as 8pm including alternate weekends.
