About the department
The Department of Civil and Construction Engineering is home for more than 1,000 undergraduate and postgraduate coursework students. Our teaching emphasises the practical application of the latest knowledge. What's more, our students get to practise on some of the most advanced equipment available. All this means that our students graduate with solid experience using the latest technology.
About the job
We are looking for Sessional Academic Staff to join our Civil and Construction Engineering Department. In this casual role, you will be expected to prepare and deliver lectures, tutorials and workshops and to assess students in the relevant civil and construction engineering disciplines both on campus and online. Additionally, you will take on the administrative tasks associated with normal teaching duties and will also contribute to faculty management and administration generally. You will also be expected to mentor and counsel students on academic matters. Your focus will be on undergraduate and/or postgraduate programs where qualified.
