About the Child, Youth and Family (CYF) Program
LWB delivers a range of services for children, young people and their families, throughout Australia. We use Cornell Universitys Children and Residential Experience (CARE) model of practice to guide our work. Through ongoing training and support we use this model of practice to equip carers and staff to support children in a way that creates conditions for positive change.

About the Role
Due to the expansion of our services, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced House Manager to join our Residential Care team in Manjimup. In this role, you will report to the Operations Manager and lead a team of Residential Support Workers. Your primary responsibility will be to offer purposeful support to young individuals with high and complex needs in a 24/7 residential care environment.
The main objective is to improve the lives of these young people by implementing a therapeutic, trauma-informed approach in daily operations and programming. The focus is on creating a secure base for them within the home, collaborating with culturally appropriate services, and facilitating opportunities for them to connect with their identified culture.
This Permanent Full Time position requires hands-on involvement, with the majority of time spent on-site in the home and 1 day per week at our Bunbury office. The role also may involve some shift work, including afternoon shifts and occasional weekends, with penalty rates applied.
