People Partner Manager - People Partnerships

As our People Partner Manager, reporting to the Head of People Partnerships, you will closely collaborate with The Star Brisbane's corporate and operational functions and align them to wider people strategy.
This is a fantastic opportunity where you will lead your own portfolio and play a pivotal role in the development of leadership and their capability whilst meeting regulatory and governance requirements.

You will play a critical role in building the capability of the senior and mid-level leaders. You are the face of People & Performance team and coach leaders on the best approach to accessing services within the People & Performance Team.
