About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated ability to implement high quality innovative teaching and learning programs in a variety of learning modes which respond to a diverse range of student and client needs. 
  • Demonstrated ability to foster and promote an inclusive, customised and safe learning environment and provide support and advice to a diverse range of students and clients. 
  • Demonstrated ability to participate effectively in continuous improvement, audit processes and the maintenance of high-quality training and assessment materials.
  • Demonstrated awareness and understanding of Vocational Education and Training policies and frameworks.

Qualifications

•    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122)
OR
•    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116)
OR 
•    Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110) including the following units: o    TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills or its successor, OR o    TAELLN401A Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills AND  o    TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools or its successor, OR o    TAEASS502A Design and develop assessment tools OR o    TAEASS502B Design and develop assessment tools  OR
•    Diploma or higher-level qualification in adult education
•    Degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy (Desirable) 
•    Vocational qualification in Allied Health Assistance (Minimum)
