About the Role

Join our team as an Administration Officer at Swinburne Student Life. Reporting to the Senior Advocacy Officer, you will be responsible for supporting the values, mission, and goals of Swinburne Student Life through the efficient operation of the Advocacy service. Your role will involve managing all administrative aspects, promoting quality student experiences, and delivering excellent customer service at various contact points.

We are seeking a candidate who excels in customer service, possesses strong knowledge and experience, and can effectively resolve issues on the first interaction. As an Administration Officer, you will be a key player in providing top-notch service to students and making a valuable contribution to the team. Additionally, you will represent Swinburne Student Life and the University to external stakeholders, fostering professional relationships and collaborative opportunities.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in administration
  • Demonstrated ability and capacity to contribute to the development of a positive and co-operative team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service through the implementation of new initiatives and innovative approach to customer service
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and well-developed communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to negotiate and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders

Qualifications
  • A relevant associate diploma qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training
