About the Role 
Are you an experienced administration professional? Are you looking to take the next step in your career? 

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced self-motivated Administrator to join Swinburne University of Technology (Vocational Education). Working in a busy environment, the Administrative Officer will play an important role in providing administration support within a Teaching Department.
Your well-developed organisational and time management skills allow you to determine priorities, meet deadlines and effectively balance competing demands in a busy environment whilst ensuring quality and compliance is always maintained.

You will bring excellent communication skills, attention to details and the ability to relate effectively with a range of stakeholders whilst ensuring the timely transfer of information between the Teaching Department and other areas of the University.

About You  
To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: 
  • Demonstrated relevant experience in the provision of high quality administrative support services within a demanding, client focused environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships, collaborate with multiple networks and channels across the university to ensure streamline access to information and resources
  • Demonstrated ability to be flexible and responsive to client needs while promoting a culture of continuous improvement

Qualifications
Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
