About the job
The Teacher (Pathways and Vocational Education - PAVE) will be required to implement industry best practice and apply current learning technologies and contemporary learning pedagogies within specific requirements. The Teacher will work on a casual basis to deliver professional development training to community care workers across Victoria.

The Teacher will report directly to the Manager, Industry Projects and work with Major Project’s staff to achieve successful project outcomes. The Teacher will exercise considerable judgement, initiative, discretion and independence while interacting with staff, students and other stakeholders.

About you
To be successful in the role, you will have:
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40110 or its successor)
• Experience delivering the Certificate III in Individual Support or similar
• Experience delivering training to industry groups, and an understanding of the differences between delivering training to Certificate or Diploma students versus industry professionals
