About the job
This role directly reports to the Apprentice and Trainee Team Leader and supports the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Officers in the enrolment activities for Apprentice and Trainee students.
The Apprenticeship and Trainee Administrator is expected to handle a range of duties, including absentee late notices, scanning and uploading training plans and supporting the Apprenticeship and Traineeship Officers with general administrative tasks as required.
The incumbent will be required to work flexibly across Student Administration and Library Services to support operational needs and to facilitate staff development opportunities.
